1. Introduction

Welcome to Mineo Global ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our proprietary mining infrastructure, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Institutional Mining Contracts

Mineo provides access to high-yield cryptographic mining pools via structured rental contracts.

• Capital Allocation: Funds deposited for a mining contract are strictly allocated to secure ASIC hardware, facility cooling, and geopolitical energy contracts in our Iceland and Texas facilities.
• Lock-up Periods: Contracts operate on rigid 6-month or 7-month terms. Capital withdrawal is mathematically impossible before term expiration to preserve the integrity of the algorithmic yield pool.
• Yield Disbursement: Yields are calculated via our proprietary AI algorithm and disbursed daily to your internal platform wallet.

As a regulated entity, Mineo operates under strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identity documentation prior to making deposits exceeding standard retail limits or initiating withdrawals.

5. Service Interruptions

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on our ASIC nodes. However, in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to global internet outages, severe natural disasters at facility locations, or catastrophic protocol failures (e.g., a 51% attack on the Bitcoin network), yields may be temporarily suspended.
